Is there a fee for the consultation?
There is a $50 consult fee. Whether you choose to proceed with a custom frame or not, a $50 credit is applied to your account to use however you please!

How long does it take for a completed custom bike?
Approximately 12 weeks. Note this could vary due to the customization. We keep you in the loop on timeframes as we work.

How much is a custom frame?
Traditional lugged/filet brazed frames start at $2500. 3D designed and printed start at $3000. These base prices include a single color paint.

What are the color options?
You get to choose a single color for your custom paint job- any color you want! Bring us a paint swatch or example of what you would like. You also get to choose your finish: matte or gloss.

What’s the next step after my consultation?
We schedule your bike fitting. This allows us to gather all the necessary measurements for your custom frame. A fit can take anywhere from 1-2 hours, and is done in our private fit studio here at the shop.

What is the fee for the bike fit?
The bike fit is included in the custom process.

Is anything else included?
Along with the bike fit, you also receive a water bottle and cage install, 30 day tune up and fit check.

When do I pay?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at your bike fitting. You pay the remaining balance when you pick up your completed bike.

Do you build e-bikes?
No, not at this time.
